Customer Reviews : VCAN Blinc M1 Bluetooth

This review is fromThis review is from: VCAN Blinc M1 Bluetooth two.0 Integrated Communication Module Add On for All Helmets (Automotive)

I've owned the M1 for a couple of month currently and have done regarding 250-300 miles using it. It will what vcan bluetooth claims to try and do, that is why I gave vcan bluetooth 4/5 stars however there are a number of things that are extremely annoying.

Setup is straightforward, however, if you own a SHOEI RF1000 Helmet do not expect this unit to suit as simply as you see within the videos on Youtube. not like most of the helmets you see portrayed within the demos on-line the Shoei RF1000 doesn't enable you to start up the rear padding of the helmet. I had to shove (with a pencil eraser) the wire between the helmet and therefore the padding until vcan bluetooth got stuck up there. therefore Shoei house owners, and other people who own helmets with a permanently connected rear padding, beware.

The microphone works nice (I will solely speak on full-face helmet use)and up to sixty miles an hour the person on the opposite line does not extremely notice any distinction. you'll be able to carry a conversation at seventy MPH however you may be straining a bit. The speakers work nice however I even have a relentless low buzz/squeaky noise returning from them once I get a decision. I even have nonetheless to use this device to pay attention to music however I imagine you'll hear music simply fine despite the speed. I ride a Honda 919 with Sato pipes therefore if your bike is quiet you'll probably get even higher results.
